Individual, Family, & Group Therapy

Do you accept insurance or EAP?

Yes! I accept the following insurances: BCBS of MN and ND, BCBS Federal, Medicaid in ND and MN, United Health Care, Aetna, Medica, Surest, UMR, and Tricare west. I accept Vital life EAP.

If I do not accept your insurance, you are welcome to pay my self-pay rates and then receive a Superbill. This is a receipt for services to be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.

What types of group therapy do you offer?

Throughout the year I will be offering adolescent DBT, Pride support, and/or Parenting skills groups.

In order to be apart of each group, you must have an active diagnostic assessment that can be provided at least one week prior to the beginning of the group or be agreeing to a private pay rate. Diagnostic assessments can come from an agency with a release of information or can be completed with me prior to the onset of the group.

What is consider family therapy and what to expect?

Family therapy is for any adult and child set, blending families, or adult families looking to improve their communication, process through specific problems within the family, and/or to gain closer relationships.

You will be expected to engage in communication and interventions within session as a family, respect one another, and work outside of sessions with your therapist.

No all individuals may be wanting to participate, which in not uncommon, which may cause therapy to look different in the beginning to grow the acceptance and rapport with the party that has reservations.

No problem is too big or small to seek support for. Please seek out a consult with any further questions.

I do not provide couples or reunification therapy (if parties are not willing).

Tell me more about your parent support

Parenting isn’t meant to be done alone. Parent Support offers a gentle, grounded space to help you understand your child’s needs and feel more confident in your role. Together, we nurture practical tools for communication, boundaries, and connection—so your family can grow with more ease and resilience.

Just like a garden, small shifts create meaningful change. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to take the next step, and I’m here to help you grow along the way.

Supervision and Coaching for Professionals

Do you provide individual and group supervision?

Yes! I provide individual and group supervision for those seeking LPCC licensure in the state on MN. I accept up to 4 in a supervision group and rates are as follows:

 Individual: $90/hour

Group: $50/person/hour

What can I expect with supervision?

For individual supervision you should expect a fun professional meeting, which can take place online or in-person. We will focus on professional development, skill and intervention building, facing ethical and professional dilemmas, monitoring for burn out, and a variety of other skills to support you in being a new professional within the field. In group supervision, we will focus on many of the same things but we will also focus on peer support and group case reviews which allow for a more well rounded approach within our practices.

What type of coaching do you provide?

Private practice coaching is a supportive, step-by-step process where I help mental health professionals build, launch, or strengthen their own private practice. Together, we turn your ideas into a sustainable, aligned business—one that allows you to grow in your own way.

We can focus on any part of the process, including:

  • Choosing a niche and defining your ideal client

  • Building a HIPAA-compliant foundation

  • Website and branding guidance

  • Credentialing, insurance vs. private pay, and documentation

  • Telehealth setup and technology
  • Fee setting, scheduling, and onboarding processes

Sessions are collaborative, personalized, and paced to your goals. You choose what you want support with, and we build a clear, actionable plan together. You’ll leave each session with confident next steps and tools you can implement right away.

Is coaching the same as supervision or therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on business development, professional growth, and practice-building skills. It does not provide clinical supervision and is not a therapeutic service.

What makes your coaching approach unique?

I blend practical business strategy with a grounded, compassion-focused style. My goal is to help you build a practice that feels aligned with your values—not just “successful,” but sustainable and rooted, like a practice you can grow with for years.
